Every Thought as the Self
इच्छायामथवा ज्ञाने जाते चित्तं निवेशयेत्। आत्मबुद्ध्यानन्यचेतास्ततस्तत्त्वार्थदर्शनम्॥
icchāyām athavā jñāne jāte cittaṃ niveśayet | ātmabuddhyānanyacetās tatas tattvārthadarśanam

जब कोई इच्छा या ज्ञान (विचार) उठे, तो उससे लड़ने या भागने के बजाय उस पर चित्त को टिका दो — इस आत्म-बुद्धि के साथ कि "यह भी मेरा आत्म-स्वरूप ही है।" अनन्य-चित्त होकर ऐसा करने से उसी विचार में तत्त्व (परम सत्य) का दर्शन होता है।
