Help us keep LegitLads sharp. Found something broken? We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. The more detail you provide, the faster we can fix it.

Before You Report

Please check the following first:

Refresh the page — the issue may have been a one-time glitch
Clear your browser cache — stale data can cause unexpected behaviour
Try a different browser — helps confirm it's not browser-specific
Check your internet connection — some tools require a stable connection to load correctly
Visit our Status Page — we may already be aware of an outage

If the issue persists after the above, please submit a report below.

What to Include in Your Report

A good bug report helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly. Please try to include:

1. Where did it happen?

The full URL of the page or tool where you encountered the bug (e.g. https://www.legitlads.com/hub/tools/calculators/financial/mortgage)
Whether it's on the main site (LegitLads.com) or the Hub (legitlads.com/hub)

2. What happened?

A clear description of the bug — what did you see vs. what you expected to see?

3. Steps to reproduce

Walk us through exactly what you did before the bug appeared, step by step

4. How often does it happen?

Does it happen every time, or only sometimes?

5. Your environment

Browser (e.g. Chrome 124, Safari 17, Firefox 126)
Device type (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Operating system (e.g. Windows 11, macOS Sonoma, Android 14, iOS 17)

6. Screenshots or screen recordings (optional but very helpful)

Bug Categories

To help us route your report to the right team, mention which category best fits:

Category	Examples
Tool / Calculator	Wrong output, tool not loading, broken input fields
Article / Content	Broken links, missing images, formatting issues
Account / Login	Can't sign in, password reset not working
Navigation	Broken menu links, 404 errors, redirect issues
Performance	Page loading very slowly, timeouts
Mobile / Responsive	Layout broken on phone or tablet
Security	Suspected vulnerability or data issue (see below)

Reporting a Security Vulnerability

If you've found a security issue — such as a vulnerability, data exposure, or anything that could affect user safety — please do not post it publicly.

Contact us directly and confidentially at contact@legitlads.com with the subject line Security: [brief description]. We take all security reports seriously and will respond promptly.

What Happens After You Report

We'll acknowledge your report within 1–2 business days
Our team will investigate and attempt to reproduce the issue
If confirmed, the bug will be logged and prioritised
We'll push a fix as quickly as possible — critical bugs are addressed first
We may follow up if we need additional information from you
