There Is No Mind Within
चित्ताद्यन्तःकृतिर्नास्ति ममान्तर्भावयेदिति। विकल्पानामभावेन विकल्पैरुज्झितो भवेत्॥
cittādyantaḥkṛtir nāsti mamāntar bhāvayed iti | vikalpānām abhāvena vikalpair ujjhito bhavet

भीतर की ओर भावना करो — "मेरे अन्दर न चित्त है, न बुद्धि, न अहंकार; कोई आन्तरिक मानसिक यन्त्र है ही नहीं।" इस भावना से विकल्पों (विचार-रचनाओं) का अभाव हो जाता है, और उनके अभाव में साधक स्वयं विकल्पों से रहित — विचार-मुक्त — हो जाता है।
