Eyes Closed, the Black Expanse
एवमेव निमील्यादौ नेत्रे कृष्णाभमग्रतः। प्रसार्य भैरवं रूपं भावयंस्तन्मयो भवेत्॥
evam eva nimīlyādau netre kṛṣṇābham agrataḥ | prasārya bhairavaṃ rūpaṃ bhāvayaṃs tanmayo bhavet

आँखों को मूँद लो; सामने जो काला-सा अँधेरा (कृष्ण-आभा) दिखाई देता है, उसी पर ध्यान दो। फिर उस अँधेरे को चारों ओर फैलने दो, असीम होने दो। उसी फैले अँधेरे को भैरव का रूप भावित करते हुए, उसमें पूरी तरह तन्मय (एकरूप) हो जाओ।
