The Worlds Dissolving Stage by Stage
भुवनाध्वादिरूपेण चिन्तयेत्क्रमशोऽखिलम्। स्थूलसूक्ष्मपरस्थित्या यावदन्ते मनोलयः॥
bhuvanādhvādirūpeṇa cintayet kramaśo'khilam | sthūlasūkṣmaparasthityā yāvad ante manolayaḥ

सम्पूर्ण विश्व को भुवनों और अध्वों (विश्व-रचना के मार्गों) के रूप में क्रमशः भावित करो — पहले स्थूल अवस्था में, फिर सूक्ष्म, फिर पर (सर्वोच्च) अवस्था में। इस क्रम में चिन्तन करते-करते, अन्त में मन स्वयं विलीन हो जाता है।
