Burnt by the Fire of Time
कालाग्निना कालपदादुत्थितेन स्वकं पुरम्। प्लुष्टम् विचिन्तयेदन्ते शान्ताभासस्तदा भवेत्॥
kālāgninā kālapadād utthitena svakaṃ puram | pluṣṭaṃ vicintayed ante śāntābhāsas tadā bhavet

कल्पना करो कि "कालाग्नि" — समय की अग्नि — पाँव के नीचे (कालपद) से उठ रही है, और तुम्हारे "स्वकं पुरम्" — अपने शरीर रूपी नगर — को पूरी तरह जला रही है। उसे भस्म होते हुए भावित करो; और अन्त में, उस जलने के बाद, शान्ति का आभास (शान्ताभास) उदित होता है। उसी शान्ति में ठहरो।
