How to practice

  1. 1With eyes closed, let the image of the world arise — places, people, things.
  2. 2One by one, let each dissolve into empty space.
  3. 3Let even the space dissolve.
  4. 4What remains, aware of all this dissolving, is the ground. Rest there.
