Make the mind supportless and form no thought-constructs; in the identity of self and Supreme Self, Bhairava is realized.

निराधारं मनः कृत्वा विकल्पान्न विकल्पयेत्। तदात्मपरमात्मत्वे भैरवो मृगलोचने॥
nirādhāraṃ manaḥ kṛtvā vikalpān na vikalpayet | tadātmaparamātmatve bhairavo mṛgalocane

How to practice
- 1Let the mind release every support — no object, no image, no anchor.
- 2Form no thought-constructs (vikalpa): do not build, judge, or elaborate anything.
- 3In that supportless, construct-free openness, sense the identity of your own self and the Supreme Self — not two.
- 4Rest in that identity; there, Bhairava is realized.
Practice note. Two releases at once: the mind's supports and its construct-making. What remains, recognised as one with the Supreme, is Bhairava.
