How to practice
- 1Sense the vast space around and within you, with everything it contains.
- 2Contemplate all of that space gathering and dissolving at the crown of the head, as the very nature of Bhairava.
- 3See it transform into radiant Bhairava-light — the luminous reality (tejas-tattva).
- 4Merge completely into that light at the crown. Rest as it.
Practice note. A grand dissolution upward: the whole of space is drawn to the crown and recognised as light. Hold it as Bhairava-nature, not mere imagination.
