How to practice

  1. 1Sense the vast space around and within you, with everything it contains.
  2. 2Contemplate all of that space gathering and dissolving at the crown of the head, as the very nature of Bhairava.
  3. 3See it transform into radiant Bhairava-light — the luminous reality (tejas-tattva).
  4. 4Merge completely into that light at the crown. Rest as it.
Practice note. A grand dissolution upward: the whole of space is drawn to the crown and recognised as light. Hold it as Bhairava-nature, not mere imagination.
