The End of the Visarga
Sound a letter that ends in an open breath; fix awareness on its fading end, and with a supportless mind touch the eternal.

How to practice
- 1Choose a syllable ending in the visarga — the soft outward breath written "ḥ" (as in "aḥ").
- 2Sound it slowly and follow it to the very end of the visarga, where it dissolves into open breath.
- 3At that fading end, make the mind supportless — resting on nothing.
- 4In that supportless openness, touch the eternal (sanātana brahman). Rest there.
Practice note. A close cousin of "rest at the end of a word", but precise: the doorway is the dissolving tail of the visarga, met with a mind that leans on nothing.
