How to practice
- 1Gather the rising energy and let it fill awareness quickly all the way to the crown.
- 2Using the gentle "bridge" of the brow — a soft upward turn of attention between the eyebrows — let attention break through upward.
- 3Make the mind nirvikalpa — utterly free of thought-constructs — at that height.
- 4Rest in the all-pervading expansion that opens above and through everything.
Practice note. The "breaking through" is a turn of attention, never physical force in the head. Keep the body soft; if pressure builds, lower the gaze and begin again gently.
