Attention Between the Brows
Fix gentle attention at the brow-centre; let thought thin into light.
▶ Practice this technique10 / 20 min · eyes closed
How to practice
- 1Rest attention lightly at the point between the eyebrows — no straining of the eyes.
- 2As attention gathers there, let the texture of thought grow thin.
- 3Hold awareness on the subtle field of light or space that opens.
- 4If pressure builds, soften; this is attention, not effort.
Practice note. Effortful staring creates headache, not absorption. Keep the face and eyes completely relaxed.
