Block the outward streams; as energy rises slowly, a tingling like an ant-crawl spreads into supreme pleasure.

How to practice
- 1Settle and gently draw the senses inward, closing off the outward "streams" of attention.
- 2Let the inner energy (prāṇa-śakti) rise very slowly up the body — no forcing.
- 3Watch for a fine tingling, like ants crawling on the skin, as the energy ascends.
- 4At that moment a supreme pleasure spreads through the body; rest your attention in it.
Practice note. The tingling is a sign, not a goal to chase. Keep the rising gentle and slow; force turns subtle pleasure into agitation.
