Calculate perimeter and area for multiple shapes.
Perimeter is the total distance around the outside of a two-dimensional shape. It's measured in linear units.
Rectangle perimeter = 2(length + width). For a 10×6 rectangle: P = 2(10 + 6) = 32 units.
Perimeter is the distance around the shape (linear units). Area is the space inside the shape (square units).
Circle perimeter (circumference) = 2πr, where r is the radius. For r=5: C = 2π(5) ≈ 31.42 units.
“Perfect for geometry homework! Handles multiple shapes easily.”
“Use this for fencing projects. Quick and accurate.”
