1-MEDITATION-It is a good method to calm your mind and reach to daily peace.
it help to improve your will power, which is very important in this generation, there are all distracted, if not may be some get direction. So my point is to do meditation, let’s see how to meditate……
1-close your eyes and take a deep breath for 100 times.
2-take a breath and release and continue like this, it is know as kapal bhati.
2-you can close your ears and make a sound, which improve your focus.

2-YOGAS=It is another ways to control your mind and focus in a single direction.

1-stand on your head for some minutes as your strenght.. This is know as sirsh aasana.
2-A very good aasana is surya namaskar, that you can do, this aasan act on your whole body parts likely, but sorry it’s difficult to explain on a page, please search on any search engine.
3-EXERCISE-It is also a good method, if you do exercise you feels rejuvinated for your whole day and you feel like lighter than that day when you start your day without exercise.
Like, you can do push ups, pull ups, leg workout, back workout, any many more…
4-Patience means allowing things to unfold in their own time. It recognizes that some things cannot be rushed and understands that mindfulness is a gradual process.
5-Acceptance is acknowledging and embracing things as they are in the present moment. It involves accepting your current experience, thoughts, and feelings without resistance.
6-Letting go means releasing attachment to particular thoughts, feelings, or outcomes. It involves allowing yourself to let go of what no longer serves you and making room for new experiences.
